Custom Orders

Processing:

Order: 1-10 - Allow 3-5 days processing time

Order: 10-20 – Allow 7-10 days processing time

Order: 20-30 – Allow 2–3-week processing time.

Orders over 30+: Please submit an email to discuss order size and delivery time frame. 

No returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

If you require your order sooner, please select expedited shipping. Expedited orders process and ship within 3 business days of order completion. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the carrier.

All orders over $250 will require a signature.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it you must contact the carrier. 

The Trendy Greek does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
